I love this roller. It is such a simple design but provides so much relief. I love rolling my foot on it after a long day on my feet. Growing up in Florida and only wearing flip flops year round into my 30s has killed my arches. I am trying to take care of my feet now and this thing is definitely worth the money.

At 63 years old I never had Plantar Fasciitis before and it suddenly appeared out of the blue. I could barely walk on the one foot. A person at work told me he uses a foot roller and I thought it couldn't hurt. I bought two, one for my office and one for home. Boy o' boy, does this thing do the trick. You can really feel it massage the tendon. I never thought something that hurt so much could feel so good. The very first day I could feel results and within a week I was back to almost normal. I put it on the floor and roll my foot over it where the arch meets the heel. I can regulate the pressure by putting more or less weight on it and angle it to get into the arch or other places. The little nubs on it really help and the rubber outer roller keep it from slipping. My only regret is not buying another so I can do both feet at once at home.
