BNESIM Surf with 1GB of data in 64 Countries and international roaming free phone number

This did not work at all. I am giving it two stars because at least they attempted to help, but nothing worked. I activated and lost 100% of what I spent on it for a product that never got me online. I was in one of the stated countries that it should have service but was never able to get any data while there. I attempted to connect with customer service, but the turn around came a too slow a pace for my limited time there. Unfortunate, because the service, if it worked well, is a great idea. I hope as the company matures, they will overcome many of these issues.

The plans are great! I thought I would love it. Two things. The initial 1GB credit was lost in a day after I initiated the SIM. The phone was used under WiFi while home, and I noticed this mysterious drain when having departed for my international trip... I then topped up the data. Then, it worked fine, UNTIL I replaced my smartphone. The SIM was not recognized on my new smartphone -- Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. My old one was ASUS Zenfone 2. Please consider carefully when purchasing yours. You should know exactly what you are doing with this SIM.

Dificult to set it up.

Did not work with Galaxy S8 in Korea.

It is not a real sim card. You cannot receive a call at all. Only you may receive calls from BNESIM users. So it is a fake product. If you are interested in a data sim card and nothing more, maybe useful
