It is pricey however I’ve noticed that it does work, almost immediately every day after taking it. I have terrible reactions to pollen and my cats and this helps me when I get back home after work.

I noticed amazing improvement when using this Quercetin in my skin and hives.. It does have one of the best formulations for bioavailability that does not include coconuts which i'm allergic to. Sadly it is pretty pricey for the amount you get.

My daughter recommended it to me. I keep taking it. Easy to swallow. Not sure how it works yet.

I had high hopes for this Quercetin supplement. It is a Phytosome form (basically liposomal) and used a patented formula "Quercefit" which has studies showing an absorption increase of 20x over other non-phytosome forms. That said, a supplement can only be as good as all of its ingredients! This includes all the excipients. Unfortunately, this one has a long list — including potato malodextrin. For many, this may not cause issues, but for those with gut issues it can have an additive affect on ibs, ibd, crohn’s and ulcerative colitis. Also, the potato version of malodextrin has been shown to increase any existing traces of e. coli in system. Yes, I did see this additive and decided to purchase it anyway. Since I had not ingested it previously, I did not know it would create mild nausea with increased usage. Live and learn!! So sad, there are so many safer excipients available. I am amazed that a company such as Solaray wouldn't look for the the safest, healthiest excipients to include with their patented "Quercefit"!!! I cannot recommend it based on the poor chemistry. Update: 2/13/26. Seller contacted me based on review and offered a full refund — that is awesome service and shows that Solaray does care about its products and customers. For this, I will give added stars :)

Confident it really helps build immune system.

This is embarrassing, Solaray. I opened this premium-priced bottle of Quercetin and thought maybe the capsules had unionized and walked out. The bottle is barely 30% full. Are you selling 30 veg caps or a souvenir jug of disappointment? Let’s be real, this is not “protective packaging.” This is wasteful, misleading, and downright lazy. You don’t need a plastic bottle this size to hold a month’s worth of capsules unless you’re trying to impress us with… absolutely nothing. You market yourself as a trusted, science-based, wellness-forward brand. So why does your packaging scream “cheap marketing trick” from the early 2000s? Wasting plastic in 2025 is not just uncool. It's totally unethical. This kind of bloated packaging fuels consumer distrust and environmental harm. Do better. You have the reach, the budget, and the platform to lead on sustainability. Why do you choose this? Shrink your bottles, not your integrity. Until then, I’ll be giving my money (and cabinet space) to brands that actually respect their customers and the planet.

Solaray is a brand I am familiar with from my local health food store. I have found their products to be superior quality in the past and was grateful to find they have a Quercetin available. I like to take quercetin when I take zinc. I find them to work well together. One a catalyst for the other. Side note: If I take zinc on an empty stomach I always get an upset stomach, (like morning sickness) so I eat, then take zinc about 30 minutes later and take quercetin then as well. (*Note: This does not have zinc in it- just a note because that is how I utilize this for benefits.) I also appreciate a reasonable dose. I don't want extreme or excessive doses of vitamins and supplements. Just a reasonable and appropriate dose that I take only when I need it. This is not the cheapest, but with vitamins and foods that I am using to feel well I want superior quality and I find that consistently from Solaray. I haven't seen this brand at big box cheap retailers because they don't carry items of this high quality. For my own genuine wellness, personally I don't want the cheapest that the big box generics have - I want the best. Solaray has earned my complete trust for my health with consistent high quality products like this one.
