This is the 3rd day I have been using this supplement. Im 28 years old and injured my back about 10 years ago. Ive been dealing with reoccurring back injuries since then. As a result I have had extremely tight muscles, and what my doctor suspects is an overactive sympathetic nervous system or "SNS" due to constant pain and fear of injury. Associated with that have been ADD symptoms, brain fog, high cortisol, low testosterone, extremely low muscle awareness, muscle stiffness, depression, shallow breathing. Don't have the chemical tester to test the contents of the pill, but didn't have any adverse affects. If it works great.

I definitely notice a difference when I take the ttfd-b1 vs when I don't. It keeps me going if you know what I mean, and it helps me focus.

Item has arrived on time and in good shape. I've been using Fat Soluble Vitamin B1 and now I take this water soluble formulation as a complement. No digestive or other issues so far. Thanks.

Maybe I haven't been taking it long enough, but I haven't seen any difference in my motivational energy from this. Supposedly it increases dopamine production, but I haven't seen any evidence of this in my life. I will keep taking it and will update this review if things change.
