I am sure this works for many, but I did not have the amazing 5 lb loss or major inch loss. I lost 1 lb and that maybe down to diet, it gets a 2 star as it kept me regular however a bit too regular

Nothing for me
It came with no proper instruction as to how to use it. It did nothing for me, maybe to others, it did. Will not be ordering it again
