Total Quality Control FAIL!
I needed this hose to fix my kitchen faucet ASAP, so I paid extra for same-day delivery so I could get my kitchen sink faucet working again.When this hose arrived, I immediately noticed that it did not have the rubber O-Ring on it for the spray head end, making it completely useless to me. Thinking it might be separate in the bag, I looked carefully to no avail. It just was forgotten and shipped to me without.Not only was it missing, but it appears to be a very odd sized metric O-Ring, 2mm X 11mm I.D. (or maybe 2mm X 10.5mm I.D.) nearly impossible to find locally and barely available online, and nothing like any of the typical assortment of O-Rings I have in stock.So, I have to wait another day for another replacement hose to arrive before I can use my kitchen sink again.

Replacement for Hansgrohe kitchen "pull-down" faucet at 1/4 the price.
Decent replacement. Fit perfectly. Nylon/rayon cover instead of stainless steel, but it was the original SS that failed.

Within 2 weeks the hose frayed and sprang a leak, flooding beneath my sink. I purchased another one, thinking this was just a fluke. It also frayed. Very poor quality.
