We did so much researching when it came to get Grandma a chair. It not only had to meet nursing home requirements but we also wanted one that was easy to to use, get in and out of, was small enough for her 5’ medium built frame and this one is perfect! She loves it! Says it’s comfortable on her back, keeps her legs elevated perfect and the remote is easy to use! Not to mention the girls at the nursing home are grateful it has wheels, because it’s easy to move to clean under. The material is soft, not the hard uncomfortable leather, just hoping it holds out. Only a 4 because of the way the manufacturer sends it, the box was not appropriate for a very heavy chair to be shipped in...it was literally falling apart and thete was a scratch in the arm, but we could repair it. BUT on the upbeat note: the chair was easy to assemble, very comfortable and quality is great. My father says the footrest is pleasing as it doesn't cut into his legs.

Nice looking chair, soft and comfortable, easy to use. However, it is made for a small adult. The person I bought it for is 6ft tall and his feet hung over the foot rest when reclined and the seat is small. Only gave it 3 stars because of the return policy. I was told I could return the chair but it would cost me $120 to ship it back to them or they would refund the $30 (shipping fee they charged for delivery. )

We liked the quality, look and functions of this chair. It was bought for my Mother, and she loves it! Really nice for the price. Most other chairs did not come with all of these features for this great price! Not cheap looking. Nice size too, not too big and not too small, just the right size for her space. This chair reclines back pretty far, the foot rest goes up to elevate her feet nicely, and the heat and massage feel great! This chair also helps by gently lifting her up for easy access out. Very Nice Chair!

Bought this for my mom who has trouble getting up. This recliner has helped her so much. The quality is good and it's a sturdy chair. Shipping was fast and the chair arrived sooner than expected. Very easy to put together.

Run away from this chair. Parts missing, Heat does not work, zero contact information to get help. POS

Ordered this chair on January 23rd and received it on January 28th. The chair was fairly easy to assemble. The seat cushion wore through after a couple of weeks, creating a hole through to the padding. The chair material was not very durable. I contacted the seller and was told they would send a replacement chair bottom on May 15th. So far I have not received it.

I had a double hip replacement and I’m so glad I bought this chair. Definitely made life a lot easier and it’s well worth the money. The chair arrived pretty fast and it was a pretty easy assembly
