Great addition to my kit

Horrible
Gear head and knobs all work well. The mount is absolute crap. Completely falls apart must be handled very delicately and even then springs and retention arms just fall apart. Terrible design - trying to get money back

Absolutely perfect
Phenomenal head in combination with my Cambo camera studio stand. I mostly shoot commercial product photography, and this head makes minute adjustments a breeze, absolutely perfect. I've been trying to decide between 410 and larger 405 model, but 410 can hold and move a full size medium-format camera without any issues. This price ($219.00) is lowest ever, so... highly recommended!

Two identical heads failed on the same part
Pro: When it's working, this is a great head to be able to dial in your shot. Being able to dial in a precise adjustment makes this a great tripod head. The material is top quality. Everything feels solid. Cons: I bought two of these heads and both failed on the same component. The set screw holding the quick release lever comes loose and if you're not careful, the spring uncoils and you cannot reset it. I had to send it back to Manfrotto to get repaired under warranty. Twice, I have had the screw come loose while on a shoot. Now I carry an Allen wrench and tighten the screw before every photo shoot. Update 2/20/2020: Manfrotto says NO WARRANTY for products Sold by: Ornem, a grey market reseller. BUYER BEWARE. If you are buying this product. DO NOT BUY from ORNEM.

This head offers very precise adjustments along 3 dimensions. I love it.
I bought this head to replace an identical head I had purchased used because the original system had an issue with the spring-loaded locking mechanism. It simply fell apart on its own. I liked the head so much that I purchased a new one which has now served me well for several months. I expect it to last years.

... stage and this tripod head is by far the best one I have ever owned
I mainly use this to take photos of theatrical plays from about 125 feet away from the stage and this tripod head is by far the best one I have ever owned.

Nice and precise!
I love everything about it when the camera is on. Super fine adjustment and a decent amount of drag so you don't over shoot your framing. Only reason I ticked off a star is the spring return that initially secures the camera on stopped working. Not a huge deal, but that reassuring "click" isn't there anymore.
