I have suffered from neck pain for a few years now, and it's been really difficult to find relief from that pain. I have tried heating pads and topical pain relief creams. I was a little skeptical after searching for a neck massager because I wasn't sure it was going to feel good or hit the areas that I need it in the most, but I was pleasantly surprised with this neck massager. It isn't very heavy and it's very easy to adjust the strap so that it stays in place where you want to focus the massage and heat. I also really like the fact that it's rechargeable so that you don't have to worry about dragging a cord around with you. I'm able to walk around the house while having this on. The parts that move on the massager line up right on the sides of my neck where I need the most pain relief. The only thing I wish is that the actual arms warmed up instead of just the middle part of the neck massager. Other than that it is pretty spot on for exactly what I needed. It's also great because it's not very bulky and it is easy to pack away and transport if you have to travel like I do.Overall, I think this is a really good purchase. If you're looking for a simple but effective neck massager, it almost feels like someone is using their hands to massage your neck. I use it almost daily now since I've gotten it.

This neck massager is actually exactly what I expected. I work on a computer all day from home, and I developed horrible neck and upper back pain. This massager is strong enough to actually loosen and occasionally rub out some of my knots.The only downsides to my new friend is the short battery life- I'm not sure if it is because I use it for 30 minutes at a time (3 ten minute sessions) or what but it is ready to be charged after that. My other complaint is that the strap that goes around your body to secure the device to your neck, is very painful underneath my armpit area, so I have started wearing multiple layers of clothing before use to avoid this issue (this also may due to me having a smaller frame and needing it on the tightest setting.. Im not quite sure).** Strongly Recommend for anyone that has neck/upper back pain and is not able to use their hands when they need to use this device. Perfect for me.

It has great pressure, the massage pads are strong, the device itself feels sturdy & well-made, and the heat feature is a real bonus. The battery doesn’t last long (maybe 10-15 min) but that’s ok because in my option, that’s about all I need before I tap-out.I’m a fairly petite woman, so this mini version works great for me, but it’s a little too small for my boyfriend. Not worth the cost. It isn't any better than anything else on the market despite the tik tok reviews. It's not comfortable to use. I will say that it is durable though and holds a charge well.

This is a good little massager but it will only fit someone with a small width neck. Mini means mini! It fits me and works well. It is VERY strong so if you do not like a strong knead, this is not for you. I love that it’s wireless but the way it holds your neck you can’t really comfortably walk around freely like the photos suggest. It’s good for sitting and relaxing!
