Q: where are the ingredients of this pillow from and does it have an odor?

Not sure about what the 'ingredients' are but I can asure you that my pillow has no odor and is very comfortable. I would buy a second one.

Q: what pillow case do you use for this pillow ? Queen is tight fit.

I use the queen case, it is a tight fit but it keeps it fluffed, but the pillow case that I use is the full pillow case, not the one you slide in from one side, you could try a king and just make some adjustments to fit the pillow 🙂
