The grip is questionable
The strap quality is okayish. The grip which gets lock in the watch is not firm you have this feeling it may unlock. Irony is not one company wants to make close copy in quality. So whatever is available in the market we have to choose it wisely. Fitbit post sale is very worst. It doesn’t allow you to purchase straps in India. Wonder how companies are allowed to sell items without offering after sale service beyond warranty

The product is not fitting in VERSA 3, however the seller is claiming contrary to that.I has initiated return request, however the product is yet to be collected back by Amazon.If the Feedbacks and Comments are read and acted upon, request to organise collection of the product
