I like this machine. It helped with a tooth problem. It is very misleading that it says "tartar Polisher" in the ad line. The instructions say this it is not for tartar.

Funciona muy bien tienes varias velocidades y no duele

I tried the tooth polisher, so far it has done what I wanted, the only problem is the different polishes that are included are hard to open, you have to cut them open. I have to continue to use it to see how it works in the long run.
