Good quality; would probably get leather one (more pliable / comfortable). With that said, not using yet after reading recommendations from those who lift (based on smaller amount I'm lifting; train myself to breathe / support with abdominal muscles properly before relying on belt. (Many experienced users indicate using one too soon can actually cause harm to your core muscles). There are varying opinions.

I actually tried to use this a couple times to see if it was just me being picky. This isn’t a good belt. I would say, when it comes to spending money on things that you would need. Actually spend it. I bought this because it looked good and the price isn’t bad. Nope, this doesn’t stay in place and slides up my back. So there’s no use of wearing it if it doesn’t do what it’s suposed to do. I even got a small. And even pulling it as tight as it can go it easily slides up (mind you, I tighten it to where I almost have to hold my breath bending down because I can’t breathe). So I would say actually buy a good more expensive brand.

This belt was sized exactly as promised and has worked flawlessly over the first week I've had it. I hit PRs in deadlifts and squats, not incidentally. All good and highly recommended.
