Outstanding! The bathtub is now safe. As long as you install this set properly, with a good, solid wall, using the screws provided or better, it is rock solid and very helpful! Looks great. Moves easily. Very strong, not flimsy at all! We can now take showers and not worry about slipping or falling without anything to grab onto. 5 stars all the way!

I found these handrails in my father‘s rehab facility. They work so well and are perfect for somebody that needs to pull himself up. I love that the toilet paper hangs on them. Goodbye and I highly recommend them for the bathroom.

Do not buy this item unless you have extra backing behind the walls. All 5 screws need to go into wood. The supplied bolts are absolutely wrong! They are meant for concrete.

Not really for dry walk and instructions aren’t clear enough on how to install it properly. Will definitely need professional help to install it. The stand is sturdy but if instruction were clear then it would’ve been better

I rated this a 4 instead of a 5 due to the design of the mounting bracket, though this does seem a bit unfair (see below). Otherwise. the quality of manufacture and use , is as would be expected. For a residential wood framed home there is no option or mounting configuration / holes that allow for spanning across more than one stud. This is really less a failure of the device, than something you should understand before buying one of these since they are not cheap. If you are going to mount this on wood studs the mounting bracket really only allows for drywall anchors and one stud access in a vertical line - this allows for horizontal movement and a sense of instability - even though I used 5 inch fasteners through the studs and it isnt going anywhaere - thre is side to side motion. Drywall anchors are inappropriate for this, even 1225 pound anchors eventually loosened. The only way this could fix that is to have a mounting plate option that extended 16-24 inches wide, and this is not really appropriate and would be price prohibitive I expect. However, a workaround is mounting it first to a structural wooden plate that does cross multiple studs - but again this becomes fairly cumbersome. As a result, I would be cautious if using for a residential wood frame install.
