I sit at my desk for most of the day due to work, and I noticed that my posture is suffering from this. I try to compensate by working out, but an hour of exercise a few days a week most likely doesn't make up for hours sitting at a desk every day. This harness really helps straighten my back and keeps it in a much better posture while I'm at my desk, plus it is useful when exercising as well to ensure I maintain proper posture. You have to be careful wearing this however, as having it on for too long might weaken the back muscles, but as long as you're mindful of that it is a great product.

I'm female, a slim 5ft7. I found this comfortable although, after a few hours, the skin under my arms felt a little tender initially. This helps me to remember to maintain a healthy posture and the fact that there's a slight give in the straps enhanced the wearing experience. My only concern is the price - it is rather expensive for what it is and therefore I knocked one star off my rating.

- Came in a small box which could be reused for storage when not in use for a while- Great for back support when going through daily activities and even at work when your body just decides to start slouching even just a bit- Size is a bit of a problem though, small-medium, as i am quite close to the max so the strap is right on the end and sometimes gets loose. So, i recommend going a size up if you are 2-3 inches from max size

This is a helpful item to remind you and aid you to improve your posture. But I do think its a bit expensive at £36.99. It does work but you also need to wear it and remember to wear it.

This fits nice and it does work a little.It is comfy but it doesn't look it.I feel like it pulls up my posture when I am standing and as its for sport I guess that its good.I also wanted to wear it at my desk but it doesn't stop me slouching at all
