I have a rug that lies on top of a carpet and there was a problem with the rug slowly drifting across the carpet, necessitating getting down and repositioning it every few days. I looked for something that would help with the problem and this product had good reviews and the price was right.Long story short - it works really well! It's an underlay made of some tacky - not sticky! - material that seems to grip onto the carpet underneath and the rug above. I have a wheelie office chair that runs back and forth over the rug and this product holds the rug almost perfectly in place. It has crept a short distance - maybe 2 cm - over 3 weeks but it would move that much in 2-3 days before, so this is a great improvement.I've just repositioned the underlay a bit more accurately, so maybe that will improve things further. Even if it doesn't, the improvement from how it used to be to how it is now is so great that it's already justified the cost. Recommended!

This is the best non slip rug product I have used, for holding a large rug in place on a carpet.It just works, and you can cut it to size, I am very pleased with it. Buy this type of you want to hold your rug in place on your carpet! Even when moving around on my office chair, the rug only moves slightly throughout the day.If you have a large rug on a carpet, don't waste your money on the other types of rubberised products, or tape, as I have, they won't do the job as well as this product.

Expensive item, good quality. Bought this for a heavy rug runner which sits on carpet. Before the rug moved a lot, now with the product it does move but takes a lot longer. I can cope with moving the rug back to where it’s supposed to be once a week rather than every day

Bought this underlay for a rug on carpet which used to move about 4 inches per day. Since we stuck the underlay on it hasn’t even moved an inch in several weeks. Fabulous product. Easy to use. Was delivered quickly. It is on the rather more expensive side for underlays, it seems, but it actually works. Have since bought a second one for another rug that used to move and it is now nicely stuck where it should be. Would definitely buy again.

As a single item I was disappointed at the lack of cushioning. But folder in two created the cushioning I was expecting and works well, but this has meant I have had to buy two and layer them.

I was looking for something to prevent a seat pad of a chair from slipping each time someone sat there. As the size of this piece was the closest to the slippery pad on the chair, it was an easy choice. It arrived today, in good time, well packed. It was a good fit, not too thick, and so far the pad has not moved when the chair was used. I hope I have found a solution to this annoying problem.

I have never bought one of these before but am now converted! My rug no longer moves! The only issue for me was the price, I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was.

Je souhaitais trouver une solution anti glisse pour un tapis sur du parquet et ce sous tapis est vraiment parfait. Ça ne bouge pas d’un poil! Je recommande. Par contre il faut bien nettoyer le sol avant de le positionner car les poussières et cheveux adhèrent vite au revêtement.

Ca tient super bien, même sur la moquette ! A recommander !

Je ne m'attendais à recevoir ce sous-tapis en plusieurs morceaux, ce sont des chutes apparement. Aucune information à ce sujet ne figure dans la description et malgré ma bonne volonté cela nuit à l'adhérence.
