Firstly do your own research this is my personal review. Great product and works well for me. My blood was thick and sticky before. Having a blood test was an awful experience. And god only knows what was happening inside. Now my blood is less viscous.

Purported to remove plaque from arteries
What out for lying researchers. Whenever they want to "prove" that something like this doesn't work, they under dose on the trial. So most research on this is junk. However there is some good research at a dose of over 11000 fu that clearly shows Nattokinase does remove plaque from arteries over time. So 2 a day would be the correct dose of these on that basis and that is what I take.
