I have been battling neck problems for years, trying different pillows to no avail. I got this pillow four days ago. Like all memory foam, it does outgas. I took care of this by using ozone in an enclosed space for 3 hours. After my first night sleeping on it, the next morning the neck issues I had were gone! It is so comfortable and supports my head and neck very well. Customer service is top notch!

The quality and customer service alone are worth 5 stars. Soon after I started using the pillow, I knew I could benefit from the extra free pad listed in the pictures. I reached out to the seller, and they responded within an hour and shipped it out the same day! I got it the very next day. I'm so pleased. My shoulders don't get crunched underneath me while I sleep on my side, which is great. Sleeping on my back is a little difficult because of the height, though the opening in the middle actually helps a little with cradling the back of the head in this position. Mind you, it takes time to get used to a new pillow, and I'm still trying out the different combinations until I find the *perfect* one for me, but this is definitely a keeper. I may even try one of their other pillows for a different experience.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the name brand cube pillow and I am absolutely not disappointed. I’m the type where I’ve always had to cram my pillows into my shoulder for more neck support since I’m a side sleeper. The shape of this pillow is perfect for me and having options for firmness is so nice. I’m so glad I have it.

I have tried memory foam pillows before, but this one I actually like, ALOT. I took one layer out and use the soft side. Very customizable. How well it holds up? That is yet to be determined, but I have been using it for over two weeks.

The square angle support is brilliant. The "ear" hole swallows up my whole head and makes the outer edge by the hole collapse support.

This pillow has massively improved my neck. No more neck pain in the morning. I love that with the 3 removable layers, you can adjust the height to your comfort. And the little rectangle hole in the middle is great for your ears to not get smashed. The price is also cheaper than "The Cube Pillow"!!

I bought this for my head since I am a side sleeper. I can’t wash it in the washer because is could ruin the fluff, but there is this bad smell to it. I left it outside to air out in the sun all day. The smell was still there. I but fabreeze, still smells bad. The smell is like a chemical like. It gave me a headache. If the smell doesn’t go away soon I am going to return it. Still airing it out.

It's the perfect pillow for my post-accident neck woes. Moreover, the company is clearly committed to customer satisfaction and promptly responds to email until any issues are resolved.
