Great Chair
This is a great office chair for the price. So many features. The wheels are rounded and not hard plastic. They roll smoothly and don't mark your floor. It adjusts higher than most, which for me is great. The arm rests move in and out, and forward and backward, making it comfortable and easy to get up close to your desk without hitting it. They also tilt out at an angle slightly if wanted. It has an adjustable lumbar support and headrest support. The tilt is adjustable. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality and comfort. I would definitely order it again.

Nice but cheap
It’s comfortable and easy to set up, but the lumbar support gave out really fast. The fabric gave out between the seems so now it’s just hanging off, and every time you try to put it back it falls right out. Otherwise the chair is pretty comfortable.

It was comfy and adjustable, the problem for me is that after i used the tilt mechanism 1 time, it stopped working, no idea why.

GREAT ALTERNATIVE to Aeron Chair
This is AMAZING CHAIR -- I have TWO Aeron Chairs at my home office. I use this for my new casual gaming setup. This chair is really an exceptional value, amazing COMFORT and great design. Very simple to assemble and took me about 5 to 10 minutes [also they give you EXTRA parts]. The lumber support is exceptional for my back. I am 6'2 sitting comfortably in this chair. I will BUY it again! I strongly recommend that you give this chair a try!!!! :D

Easy to assemble and comfortable
Time will tell about the durability of this chair. But we're off to a good start!The chair took no time at all to assemble. Instructions were clear and all of the parts were there.The chair is really comfortable and glides easily across the floor.The only thing I haven't figured out is the lock mechanism. It can lock it so it doesn't tilt at all, but it should be able to have lock where it won't tilt back beyond a certain point.
