Damaged and shaky where the screws are located

Ordered this room divider due to size and pattern, looks great, but the first one sent was broken. I'm not sure if it was the delivery journey or just poor manufacturing, but the quality of the product itself warrants a lesser price. It feels very cheap and I can see why the panels broke. The paint up close isn't consistent and looks like it was painted with the last bit of remaining paint In a can (it reminds me of a sharpie that's running out of ink). I voiced my concern and the customer service is very good, they sent me 2 more units, not sure if it was a mistake or they felt bad, however, even the other deliveries came broken. I decided to not even bother complaining anymore because I just don't have patience with administrative issues like this. I am still using the panels but they are just going to be temporary placeholders until I find something better. In essence, save your money. Or buy it for way less than the almost 150 I paid for it.

I wanted a room divider that I could easily move at will but it's very cumbersome and heavy. I haven't even had it for a full year and the henges started falling off. Then the wood started to come out of the frame. And its raw wood, no finish. Need I say more than what the title implies...I think not!
