I purchased this item for a company event, and every time you rotate the barrel, it tightens on the opposite side and does not allow the barrel to spin. It was past my return. But I did leave the seller, some feedback, and they were very kind to resolve. My issue passed my return date. They were also very responsive and keeping in touch with me during the whole process.

This product is easy to use and it looks nice too. I did have to loosen the bolt a bit to get it to turn. It was super easy to turn after that. People commented on how fancy it looked.

This was a HIT on our latest raffle!!We were putting the tickets into Ziploc baggies and doing the 'shake-N-bake' method before and ended up with a few people winning multiple times.This laundry mat style tumbler really knocked it out of the park and leveled the giveaway More equitably!

We did a 50/50 raffle with tickets purchased on Amazon. We sold just under 2500 tickets and they were too crammed into the barrel that we couldn't shuffle them in any way. We ended up putting them in a banker box and told everyone the shuffle barrel was just for decoration. Super disappointing and considering this cost almost $80, I can't even imagine how much it would have cost to get I've that would have worked!Other than size the quality was fine, but it didn't turn well at all.

Terrible quality. Looks nice, but the handle is incredibly stiff and the parts do not fit properly so that if you spin the handle it comes off very easily.
