It arrived early which is great that why it gets the three stars! The product does keep you warm but it doesn't look like the picture and it has very strong rubber smell to it. I will only use it for my feet only during winter time because the rubber smell is really strong!

Great for travel.
It's small size makes it great for travel. It is about 4 inches by 8 inches (including top of the bottle). I use it as a instant, reusable hot pack. I fill it with a cup of hot water and use it to ease my lower backache. It could also be filled with ice water for a cold pack too. It never leaks.
