It does the job
It looks like a bandaid and probably you can use that way too. It doesn’t stop the snoring but it’s the same with another brand although it lessens the snoring noise. I use it so my mouth isn’t fully open when I sleep so it doesn’t dry up in the morning. I appreciate the no sticky part in the middle to protect the lips but I’m not sure if it feels comfortable. However, for the price and the quantity, it’s all good to me.
