Worthless.
SAVE YOUR MONEY. I understand the price is very attractive, but learn from my mistakes and DO NOT buy this aftermarket android radio. I purchased it for a 2006 ram 3500 so that I may have a large map screen while on the road, and this has been a 2 day long nightmare. The harness it came with is nowhere close to what ig requires to install. Once I was able to successfully connect everything necessary to fire it up, the screen illuminated, but has zero response to touch whatsoever. Not even the power button will work so that I may attempt a hard reset. There are no manuals, no forums, and no other reviews for me to refer to. The customer service they claim to have is in China and is just as useful as a fur coat in the Sahara. I will focus my efforts on a return, rather than proceed with install.

Terrible product
Wish I could give it a 0 but can't only thing I can get to work is the radio bluetooth kicks in and out like it's a cd player from the 90s. Then bluetooth just quite hooking up for some random reason my Hotspot won't hook up to it Navi doesn't work because of that. I wish I woulda scrolled down and read all these terrible reviews before purchasing I will be returning this terrible product

Great value, shockingly good... at first
**Update: the physical buttons on the side of the screen (home, back, volume +/-, etc) completely stopped functioning after a couple of weeks, rendering the radio 98% useless. Thankfully it happened within my return window for Amazon. The backup camera also rarely functioned properly. They were supposed to be sending me a new harness for the camera input, but it never arrived.**I bought this to replace a different style of Android head unit that was VW specific and compete garbage. This thing, though... I'm shocked at how good it is. Not perfect, but for the price it's an excellent value. The good:It starts up quickly, I haven't had any significant issues with it dropping connections or whatnot. The interface is pretty responsive and not laggy.Sound quality is pretty good.It hasn't had any system crashes or anything.Touch screen has been pretty accurate.Lots of adjustability for a good viewing angle and vertical placement to not cover up other controls on your dash.Could be improved in the next version:Colors on the screen aren't vibrant.I would love to see some sort of built in level control for the subwoofer at least. For some reason, the device keeps reverting its Bluetooth name back to "Car BT" regardless of how many times you change it.The "CarPlay" app occasionally freezes and has to be shut down and restarted while driving.I'm struggling to think of anything else wrong with it, honestly.Admittedly, they're very nitpicky complaints. Especially given the cost of the radio. They're just a few things that hold it back from being amazingly great, IMO.I wavered between giving it 4 and 5 stars. Honestly, it's a pretty solid 4.5/5. Since Amazon doesn't allow half-star ratings, though, I rounded up.

Good product/seller left me hanging
Everything is cool except for there is a password that I don’t know on here. I can’t use certain features until I get it.

Doesn't work properly
Difficult to install is putting it politely, but then the problem became obvious. Very little works. Settings icon doesn't do anything. radio icon opens calculator or sometimes bluetooth, nav icon opens calendar, calendar icon opens gps, and calculator icon opens radio, but even after changing to "American" it can't find any stations. I by chance you get to a keyboard, all the letters are in reverse order. Press "p", get "w", press "q" get backspace. Thought I was getting a state of the art Android 13 as advertised. I should have kept my old android 8 headunit, at least it worked.

Less than surprisingly nice...
Update: very little support is offered and the connector to the screen broke after a year, and the rear connection to the backup camera broke after 8 months. It is simultaneously to bright at night and too dim during the day. It constantly disconnects from Android Auto too.OG review: Very nice display with excellent quality and a good backlight. Wireless Android auto works reasonably well although it occasionally disconnects (probably my phone and not the stereo.) But the most important thing is the awesome customer service. I was having an issue with the backup camera so they sent me another one and gave me instructions on how to set up the camera in the settings. You have to set the camera to CVBS format in the factory settings! Password 1234.One other thing, in order to use the built-in GPS, you have to have a internet connection. You could set up a hotspot with your phone or you can download offline maps through Google maps. Or use Android Auto and it will run through your phone.

Doesn’t even work properly
Blue tooth takes forever to hook up then it’s in and out just sitting there like your walking away. But litterly right next to it. Overall 0 stars. It doesn’t even kind of work right
