Carhartt Men's Relaxed Straight Jean

Perfect on size ordered. Great work jeans. Comfortable and tough

I've worn Levi 517 boot cut jeans my entire adult life, but in the last few years I've notice a marked decline in their quality and ease of tearing and wearing, so I've been trying to find alternatives. Landed on these Carhartt jeans because they are one of the few still sewing in 7 belt loops and have always had a good reputation. Well, these are still holding up longer than the previous pair of Levi's! I do a lot of metal work and bending/squatting and a fair amount of trying to maneuver around mildly pointy bits of miscellaneous materials in tight spaces, but haven't had a single puncture or rip. Waist sits right, pockets aren't paper thin inside like some other brands, they're comfortable, cost a little less, and the color hasn't even run out with washing and scrubbing diesel soot out! I only wish they had a larger flare to get over my boots easier. I've found it best to roll the legs up, out my boots on and roll them back down to make it easier to get the leg opening over the top of my boots, particularly the wide tops of muck boots.

I purchased Carhartt Jeans because generally Carhartt makes good quality jeans, meaning they will last. These are singly the cheapest made jeans i have ever owned, i wore them twice before one of the back pockets started to tear out. they are roomy looked good and i had no other issue other than , a two wear pair of jeans before they are tearing out is sad.

I’ve spent a small fortune on Levi jeans for my husband only to have them rip vertically in odd areas. These jeans are very comfortable, fit true to size, withstand the daily wear and tear and are truly the best pant my husband has ever worn. They wash up excellent and we have had no issues with tearing anywhere. Love these pants. will continue to order them whenever possible.
