The Boot Flap is very well designed and made. Materials are high quality. It works just as intended, providing solid protection, and looks good doing it.

Nicely made product. Bought it for my Jeep Cherokee to protect the bumper when I put my golf clubs in. Got a couple comments from the golf cart jockeys that it looks good and a great idea. Two things: for my Jeep, needs to be 10-12" wider for full coverage and protection. As an improvement idea, you may want to have a cutout where the latch is for the hatch door. This would allow you to drape the boot flap a little more over the bumper, and allow you to fold it back where it doesn't interfere with the latch.

I purchased this mat below to glide my XLent Volaris All Terrain Rollator (named "Hot Wheels"/See my review!) safely into the rear hatch of my car. The mat has a slick gliding surface, rugged construction, and reflector strips. It is beautifully made. The way that it attaches in the car is that it has a Velcro-like fold over rim at the top that secured to the floor rug. I have a rubber weather base but just attached the bumper underneath it. I just flip it in or tuck it under when I am not using it. Truly a match made in heaven for my XLent Volaris All Terrain Rollator : Boot Flap Co. Been looking for something that would protect that strip of cargo floor between the bumper and the cargo mat. My 2003 Pilot has a cargo mat protecting nicely the load floor. But that area in front of the mat and even the top of the bumper are thrashed after years of loading items. Now I have a Jaguar F-Pace and I am NOT going to scratch that up. This item works as it should. I put it under the rubber cargo mat and I just lift up the mat, use the finger hole and pull down the cover. I was on the fence when it was $58, but then it dropped to $48 when I had it in the cart. Sold!!

I bought this mat for a model 3. Although it isn't the full length of the opening for the trunk, it is the perfect size to fit on top of the secret compartment. It is lightweight and it's made of this soft neoprene/foam material. I think it will protect my bumper well as well as the molded plastic on the inside of the trunk.

My husband uses a foldable, 55 lb. electric wheelchair. The bumper guard is barely wide enough to protect the bumper. The neoprene fabric appears thin and doesn't seem like it will provide sufficient protection. The velcro fastener wasn't strong enough to hold it in place when putting the wheelchair in the car.

This Boot Flap works great in my SUV. I have a cargo liner so I used the included self adhesive velcro strip on the cargo liner and then attached the Boot Flap to that. Perfect. works just fine. Five stars would have been given if it were available in a slightly wider version. The 29" width is a little small for my SUV opening. Also a little wider would protect better when my wife loads her bike in the car. I like the velcro on the cargo liner because now I can do the same thing on my wife's SUV and then transfer it to her car if needed. Also if the velcro wears out I can buy more at the hardware store and just replace it.
