The Aronia Berry, (also called chokeberry) is one of the world's richest and most powerful antioxidant superfruit. Aronia is famous for its high Vitamin C and E content as well as anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are naturally found in a number of foods, this is what gives many berries that vibrant red, purple and blue pigment.
