A truth that when not known often leads to tragedy...
Great vitamins I even use vitamin A drops directly into my eyes. If you're a guy you'd better have a pair and if you're a girl you'd better have some girth upstairs... Honestly the stuff will burn a little bit but if you mix it in with a bit of castor oil and drop it in it won't burn much and the castor oil rejuvenates your eyes as well ... May I suggest mixing a vitamin e capsule several along with some castor oil and some vitamin A in a dropper plastic bottle that can drip drips into the eyes keep it refrigerated except for when you're going to put it in your eyes in the evening. Be prepared for blurry vision because castor oil takes a while to be absorbed. What you will notice is that this is much more effective than the chemical eye drops that are typically prescribed at great cost. No I'm not a doctor I'm an electrical engineer and former US Air Force combat communications so I can read and understand any medical journal. I mentioned this because for example today we are being absolutely lied to about nutrient amounts. Before 1930 the required amount of D3 as a maintenance dose was 230,000 units... During world War II when they started pushing processed trash on the populace they reduced it to 50 units... This was done across the board with nutrient levels and by the 1950s American men who were doing hard labor were dying from heart attacks right and left... Sure it was cholesterol and you know your brain is made of cholesterol so without cholesterol you die... Also before world War II most of the milk in America was raw and had the full set of pre and probiotics and was a completely different food than the destroyed snot that they call homogenized pasteurized milk... This is for those of you who give a damn about your health and don't find GMOs or pesticides to be part of the wholesome food groups... 🤔

Not too big size
My husband takes these for vision,has helped him.His prescription is not getting worse as it used to get.I don’t see him squinting as much.He takes this 3 times a week MWF because of the high concentration.It does not give him stomach issues.No issue with swallowing or size for him.Likes it is as it is a natural organic product.Would highly recommend.
