Great product and even GREATER customer service!
I rarely write equipment reviews but I have to make an exception for the Feelworld F570 and the customer support from Bella-TV. On both counts, product and service I give them 5 stars. I needed a small but rugged and capable on-camera monitor for my Sony a7R, a7s and a7sII video and stills work but with not a lot of budget for more monitors (I have many). I also needed 4K (UHD) capability since most of my shooting now is 4K in-camera on the a7sII. I also wanted a unit with all the bells and whistles that I rely on like focus assist, histogram, false color, etc. I took a chance on the Feelworld F570. I'm glad I did:1. Product Quality and Package: Overall product quality and performance is superb. I was shocked at how well made the monitor is and how complete the package of extras was that came with it. For this price point I was not expecting a precision metal bodied monitor with a beautiful and accurate screen but that is exactly what I got. Construction quality is first rate. Screen resolution and color is excellent. Accessories are both complete and of the highest quality. I highly recommend this unit on all counts with regards to construction, features and performance!!2. Feelworld/Bella-TV Customer Service: Outstanding and not typical at this price point!! When I order something from Amazon if it doesn't perform properly right out of the box I send it back immediately. However, I was so impressed with the quality of this unit I did something I only do once in a while: I contacted the manufacturer directly when I began to experience a software issue on the unit. The response from Bella-TV to my inquiry about a possible software issue/upgrade was almost immediate and after a couple of quick email exchanges Bella-TV offered to replace the monitor and pay for all the shipping charges to and back to Hong Kong. At this point I have already received a new monitor complete with accessories and it is working perfectly. Working with Bella-TV was absolutely the right decision rather than returning my purchase to Amazon for a refund. Bella-TV was very responsive and respectful and wasted no time in taking care of my problem, even at great distance. Outstanding!!I feel 100% confident in recommending the beautiful compact Feelworld F570 and the company behind it, Bella-TV!!! 5 STARS in all aspects!!

BEWARE: After 60 days monitor would not illuminate the picture
I purchased this monitor 60 days ago. When I first purchase it, there were issues showing the picture. After contacting the camera company (Canon), we determined it was not the camera but the monitor. Then, the monitor started working. It is now not illuminating any picture. I have read a recent review and saw the same problem. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have not been able to contact Amazon by chat, phone or email. There is no information to contact the company regarding this monitor. I would not recommend this product.

I'm glad I didn't get the 7"
Very clear crisp images. makes my job easier. I'm glad I didn't get the 7", this is just the right size! Arrived a little slow, because of a UPS mishap. Love the metal frame,very sturdy and well made product. The sun shade works well, and the monitor is light so it keeps my rig light and comfortable.The only thing I noticed is after I changed the "ON" light settings to manual, which should keep this light off when you turn off the unit, It still stays on. It doesn't seem to effect the battery life. Maybe I don't know if I'm following the right order, I only had the unit set up for 2 days, so I haven't even had the time to read the function instructions yet.There are a lot of good features to explore. In the pictures I've seen in ads, both the camera screen and the monitor screen are ON at the same time. With my camera, Nikon D3400, only one or the other is active in "live view."

Arrived A Little Broken - Twice
I got two of them one after the other. First one had a lot of broken pixels. Second one did too sadly.

Amazing monitor for my type of work!
So far I LOVE it! It's not touchscreen. The image is amazing! It looks like I'm watching tv when viewing my productions! It's heavy metal and not plastic like the other budget models. Budget a lot for accessories
If you're trying to use this on a gimbal, it is really not ready to go before a lot of other purchases. The HDMI cord is super heavy and rigid, and tugs at the gimbal motors: Movi sells one for $30 that is almost as lightweight as the wire on old Apple headphones. Doesn't come with batteries, and burns through them, so buy several if you're going to be using it all day on the go between gimbal, and tripod for interviews. Doesn't come with a case. The ball head is really unreliable, and I almost dropped the entire monitor a couple times: Manfrotto's 492LCD is about 50 bucks and all the stability you could ever ask for. Also had to buy a Small Rig adapter and a cold shoe hardware to mount it to my Zhiyun Crane 2.It's a good enough monitor but altogether about $200 in additional purchases to get it field-ready. Most of it can be used on future monitors, but word to the wise if you're expecting this to be a good plug and play for gimbals.

Screen looks great but...
It worked great for a couple of months then it started loosing sync with the camera, had me to buy a bunch of hdmi cables thinking the problem was on my end, It was not the case. After multiple attempts I only got the blue screen, (also has a dead pixel in white color) and no access to menu... My issue is that It was still under warranty, so I wrote to customer support, even contacted them on their Facebook page but never got an answer. This is my 3rd feelworld monitor so far I really enjoyed them until this faulty unit. the fact that there is no menu even showing tells me that the problem is deeper.It has been in a closet for months after I got no reply from them. I went back to the small hd DP4 monitor.
