I’ve had my device for a couple weeks now, I use it every day on a schedule that is within the app. I notice a significant difference in my life: - I am much more calm during my commuting - I have a deeper sleep, I’m not waking up throughout the night like I was - I stay calm now during tough meetings in my job - my skin looks healthier in my face each day now, it’s much brighter - I now notice if my anxiety is increasing and I turn my device on to calm and I notice it reduces. I will continue with my device and I actually have family who are buying them also to try after seeing how much calmer I am with it. If you have anxiety, this is much worth the try.

My husband bought an Apollo watch and loves it. So, I decided to buy one also. I found the vibrations from the watch very distracting- even on the low settings, on Calm and Unwind modes, my heart felt like it was pounding. Not realaxing at all.

First off I will say that this seemed to be mostly helpful for me. I really wanted it for the Vagus Nerve stimulation and didn't know that it could be stimulated via the arm. I did use ChatGPT and it says "One common method is called the "vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) wrist technique." This technique involves applying gentle pressure to the pulse point on the inner side of the wrist, known as the radial artery" so that's very interesting and also a hint to use this device with the device on the inside of the wrist rather than how they show in the images. I would have loved to keep using it as I used it everyday when I had which was nearing a month. The free trial of the monitor showed that my score kept increasing, although I felt the same, but not everything can be sensed mentally in a short time frame. Battery life was short and I only had one issue with it where it didn't seem to get a full charge even if plugged in until solid green. My biggest issue was the strap. The velcro part that is smoother than the rougher part sticks to became too smooth and the rough part would no longer stick. This started less than 2 weeks into use. It was always coming off. I have a small wrist so I couldn't just move it around and had it about on the smallest it could go to stick full even at the start. It seems like this is a common issue for what I seen along with the battery issue after a while, and it was suggested to use a paper clip for this, but I tried it and it just dug into my skin or would snag. I felt that if this could happen less than 2 weeks in on an expensive device like this, I could not keep it. It is a defective product in that case. I could see if I was active and caused it but due to the issues that I needed this device for, I sat most of that time. I have since returned it for a refund. I really hope the company designs a new type of strap so that this does not happen. Also, it could use an update from micro-usb to USB-C. It's unfortunate as would have liked to keep using it, but I can't if I can't keep it on my wrist.
