Easy to use and adjust to fit exactly. It keeps me from hunching over the laptop, constant reminder to check my posture.Will use regularly to correct my posture.

Didn't find this effective as the strap is a little loose even on the tightest setting.

I got this and tried it. It essentially helps you maintain your head to more of an upright position. When you slouch the head forward, you feel a bit of an effect from the brace, but not as much as I expected. So i'm not sure if it will work, but will try it to see if it does,

I've been suffering upper back, shoulder and neck pain for some time that has even resulted in injections into my shoulder. We believe my poor posture is the cause of this so I decided to find ways of improving my posture. I sit at a desk all day and I'm large chested so I've found it difficult without tools. This support has already made a noticeable difference. I ached at first as I've had to retrain muscles into the correct positions but I'm already standing taller and seeing a huge difference. The straps under my arm pits tuck some getting use to but after a day or so I stopped noticing them
