update: I used this with some biscuits tonight. It worked great! This is a perfect size for what I wanted. I don't have tons of space. This is perfect for one or two loaf pans. My other one was too flimsy and cheap. This is very well made. Top notch.

As a seasoned cook I can truly appreciate the outstanding quality. The weight is perfectly balanced. It still amazes me that stainless steel this quality cleans up as easy as any high end non-stick cookware that I own, including the rack. It's a perfect size when cooking for two (or one) with fast even heating and absolutely no warping. If you're into asparagus, this size using the rack perfectly holds one bunch of asparagus for roasting.
