Very easy to swallow I even like the smell

I have been using this product prior and during pregnancy. I personally feel the benefits , especially at work, feeling super focused.

I have been taking these tablets throughout my pregnancy. Good size, easy to swallow, Minimal after taste, advise taking after having something to eat to minimise any reflux.

I purchased the capsules in January (it is March now) but dd not open the bottle until about a week ago. When I opened it there wasn't much bad smell even though I could smell some fish, more than other capsules, but it did not bother me. I kept them in a cool dark place as recommended however they developed a horrible rancid smell after about a week of being open. Contacted the seller, however was advised that I am not eligible for the refund since the bottle has been opened and it has been more than a month. Fair enough, this is their policy, however for me this was a total waste of money.

I've been taking these for a few months. I found this one on sale, the two month is cheaper than the one month/three month. Wait around for the sales! I recommend taking these pills with a bigger meal.. say your dinner so you won't get any fish burps. Size wise, they're pretty big. In the picture I'm comparing them to an altoid. Hope this helps!

It comes from a good source. But like most fish oil I tend to switch around so that my body doesn’t get used to the same dosage.

This is a great fish oil tablet. These are very fresh, and it’s obvious. No fishy burps, no weird flavor or after taste. I do recommend taking these WITH food. I took one on it’s own and then worked out about an hour later and I feel like I was sweating out fish! Just be sure to not let one pop or get absorbed in water first, because it will open and the fishy oil is hard to get off of anything.

I started taking this while pregnant and continue to take while nursing. I also give these to my ten year old daughter as she has some health issues and has been advised by her specialists and a nutritionist to take a lot of potent fish oil. She never complains about these, she actually says they're her favorite to take of all her supplements. This is one of the purest brands I could find and the taste/smell is almost unnoticeable, especially compared to some other brands we've tried. No fishy burps either, woo hoo!
