I bought these for my mother, who has C.O.P.D .. these have helped with weezing and shortness of breath..These combined with the gelorevoice, her words "amazed how well they work,first time ever finding anything so good"

As you can see from the pictures there isn’t much written in English. I have no idea what the side effects are. The seller won’t give refunds but so I have wasted my money. The capsules are small and I imagine they will be easy to swallow. I have put them in the bin. Needless to say I don’t recommend.
