My toddler loves my little pony. She has collected and plays with the early generation ponies so this one fit right in! I’ve been waiting since last year for these to be released so that I could get it for her and she absolutely loves it! We both are so happy that they came out with a 40th anniversary line! I disagree with another review that said the color “chips off”. My daughter is a toddler so she puts her ponies through rough play and this one has held up great just like her others. I also disagree with the review who said the colors were “too much pink” and “too off putting” and that the poses ”weren’t cute”- my little pony has always incorporated shades of pink into their ponies. There is also nothing wrong with their poses- these are and always have been made to be children’s toys, the different “poses” help create a uniqueness about the ponies instead of them all being one uniform “pose”.

ive been into collecting MLP toys as of lately so i just needed to have this one for my collection!! its super pretty and the box is in good condition. i havent taken the toy out of its packaging and i likely wont, but the toy is absolutely beautiful 💞 will definitely have to cop some more !!

I had a huge collection of My Little Pony in the '80s and '90s, but they were sold at a yard sale before I could save them for my own children. Modern My Little Pony toys just aren't the same. I ordered two of these for my five-year-old's Christmas, and they're exactly like the originals! She loves them, and I'll be snagging several more for her birthday before they stop making them again.

As a G1 collector I love any classic pony release but am super excited that they have released original designs as new ponies. As a kid I would have been so excited to have had these, these are some of the fanciest ponies in town. The boxes are exquisite, the colors are bold, and the symbols are beautiful. The ponies are in original classic pony poses, the "celestial crown" comes out of their head (they are not removable like a real crown), and they come with a ribbon & brush. I gave them 4 stars not 5 because 1. the ponies have twistable heads, twistable heads seems logical but this causes a slight vartiation in color between the head & bodies on the lighter ponies which, as a collector, bothers me a bit. And 2. The swirls on the body look more like some fake wood grain then swirls which is just not as pretty as the original designs looked. There is certainly nothing on them that "shimmers" as they claim. That said over all they are fantastic, I love them, they display nicely, & am happy to add them to my collection.
