My daughter loves it but it came broken
It arrived on time but came with the left side ball broken off. Fortunately, my daughter found a way to fix it herself before I sent it back. In reading other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Good luck to all who try to fix it because it’s not easy but my daughter managed to do it on her own. Now, it’s in perfect shape and she loves it.

Lookg great, decent size.
The first one we ordered was broken, and when trying to refund I was given the option to exchange. The new came the same day I decided to return the old, and looks great! It's bigger than expected, too. Can't wait to get batteries for the light!

2 deliveries, same item, both delivered broken!
Horrible business! Wish I could give a “0” star rating!1st delivery came with item broken outside packaging was pristine! The issued a replacement, send broken item back.2nd delivery came (the replacement) again…. Item was broken outside packaging was pristine!Now I can’t get a replacement and have to wait up to 30days for a refund and this was a birthday gift for the beginning of February now march 1st with no birthday gift….. what a joke!Buyer beware….. Jazwares DO BETTER or DONT SELL!

I brought this for a close friend who loves pokemon....The details and size of this figure will shock you.Perfect for collectors or gaming displays...Warning this will be admired by those who barely know what pokemon are.I would buy this multiple times just for the reaction alone...It does require batteries for the lights
