Lot of 2 - Seven Flower Extract, Traditional Chinese Medicine

I just got these 2 days ago. I was so very skeptical, I have tried everything under the sunto help with my BP naturally, I changed nothing, but added this and Carditone to my vitamins and woke this morning to the best morning BP I have had in years. My diastolic is usually in the upper 90's or low 100's. in the morning..... THIS MORNING 103/73. I will report back after it has been more time. I wish I had started taking these 2 separately, as now I do not know which, or if both are responsible. I am also, and have been on Valsartan 160mg for years. The thought of maybe getting off Valsartan would be a dream come true for me. If I could only find a natural cure for my hypothyroid! I must say the bottle it comes in looks a tad sketchy...it looks exactly as pictured here with no more info. on it.

i've used this product off and on for years to help me sleep. Works well. I'm a hardcore insomniac so I take 3 to 5 per night to help me sleep. Sometimes in conjunction with melatonin.

I had taken Seven Flower several years ago more as a relaxer before bedtime. I was looking for them recently to help with some anxiety issues. So I was quite happy to find them on Amazon. However, once received, the first thing that seemed off to me was the color. These are a lighter shade of green and a bit shinier than I remembered them to be. That should've been a sign. I took the amount as stated on the package and it did absolutely nothing. Tried it a few times to make sure. Same result. Don't waste your money, like I did!

Didn't work for my BP - this did have a slight relaxing effect - but who the hell knows what's really in this stuff from CHINA?!?! Smells like vitamin B.

I am sold on this product. It alleviates anxiety, helps with insomnia, and lowers my blood pressure. Excellent product supported by proven results.

Regular BP meds raised havoc with my system and how I felt. I was tried on 6 different kinds and each one seemed to be worse than the one before. I thought I would just have to risk it.. then my mom's Dr. told her to try 7 Flowers for her BP which would briefly raise then fall back to normal/good. I started taking them too and noticed a difference immediatly with mom's and my BP readings. When I first began taking 7 Flowers I felt a little off.. just a little.. not anything like I had before, and that went away after two or three days. I am thrilled I have been lead to these little jewels.

I personally don't use it but I see the despots on my mom she like it and I like the she likes it.
