It is a good sealer which I have had for over a year now and it works just fine. Very easy to use and sold at a good affordable price. I would recommend this particular sealer to anyone. It's just so easy to use.

The negatives: Really have to pushover hard to lock two sides for sealing and same to unlock, which is in a different area. The seal is very narrow - double seal required.The positives: It's inexpensive and works just fine for my limited sealing of homemade stock, fish from the market, cooked beans, etc... I returned a Seal-A-Meal because of its cheap construction. This is simple and solid...

I was so excited to received it , couldn't wait to use it and put all the thing I bought in the freezer with my press n seal , I always buy extra and freeze but it always gets crystals like ice in my food. It would not vacuum seal any thing I try to seal. I read the book over and over, I kept thinking it cant be this hard. but it just wouldn't work.

I bought some off-brand sealing bags for my old vacuum seal machine, and they wouldn't seal. So I bought this machine thinking my old machine was just too old. I did make the mistake of not using the vacuum sealer when I first bought this machine. It's a little awkward with the locks but sealed okay until.....It won't vacuum seal. It seals regularly, but won't vacuum seal. It's too late to return it. I tried to use my off-brand bags, and they wouldn't vacuum. But then I USED THE BAGS THAT CAME WITH THIS MACHINE, and THEY WOULDN'T VACUUM AND SEAL! I did lock it in place and made sure I followed their instructions, but it just won't vacuum and seal!!!! So frustrating. I like my old one so much better.

Not great, but works OK. For the price compared to more expensive ones it’s worth it.

It took one practice time to figure it out. Also, I needed to use the heel of my hands to lock the lid it in position. Once I figured it out it was SO simple to use. You need to be careful not to vacuum out any liquid that might be in the bag into the unit. If you have a use for a vacuum sealer, this one is well made and does the trick.

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but my mom has one and I had fun with it so I got one for myself. It’s easy to use and slides nicely into a drawer. Plan to use on our next butcher shop run. The freezer bags don’t always hold up in the freezer, but Mom has had no problem with these getting holes in them.

This vacuum sealer is very easy to use and works great. Good value for the price.
