Gave this as a gift to my best friend. She loved it. Arrived on time. Nothing broken. Appears to be good quality. Writes well, smooth she reports.

I received the product in good time. Everything, including the inks, were perfect, but the included pen, while pretty, had slipped out of its niche and the nib had broken off. I was very upset. The seller, however, was very patient despite my distraught behavior, which I do apologize for. He asked questions, offered options, and after I chose to get a new pen he sent me not just one, but three different colored pens. All of which arrived in impeccable condition and write well with the ink. For his products and service, I do highly recommend this seller. If anything is imperfect for you, potential buyer, this seller will bend over backwards to make up for it.
