These glasses are beautiful and Made In THE USA! Something I was adamant about! Heavy enough not to worry about breakage while washing or using! Seller packed these glasses with Safety in mind - individually wrapped in cushioned paper with cardboard between each glass and this box placed in another shipping box! Thank you! My experience with this seller has been great. Initially, the glasses arrived damaged and broken, but the seller quickly addressed the issue and shipped a replacement at no extra cost. These are the perfect size for mudslides, piña coladas, strawberry daiquiris, etc… Some reviews mentioned receiving multiple broken glasses, so I made sure to unwrap/check each glass. None of mine were damaged, surprisingly. There is no styrofoam, bubble wrap, or any cushioning aside from inner box dividers and honeycomb paper wrapping each glass. The box really only has sufficient padding for display/storage in a store; that box is simply put inside a second box for shipping. I can see how the condition of the glasses (in the minimalist packing) on arrival is entirely dependent on the diligence of the individuals who handled your box on its journey. I’m grateful that mine arrived intact (and pleasantly surprised as we frequently receive boxes that look like they were unsuccessfully used as makeshift step stools!), but I will say, USPS, UPS and FedEx all have clearly outlined packing standards for a seller to make a claim. Without 2” of “approved” cushioning material on all sides, they would all say any breakage was the seller’s fault.

Highly recommend. Perfect in every way a hurricane glass should be. The pink was so pretty and customization was perfect as well. Used at SMALL OUTDOOR party and then gave as FAVORS. Loved them! Only gave 4 stars because one came broken, the bottom stem had cracked off in shipping. Fortunately I only needed 11!
