Liquid pools on top
To be frank, I bought this to use during intimate moments. As a woman over 50 who has birthed three children, I needed something to protect the bed during intimate moments with my husband. I was hoping that this could be used alone without the need for a towel on top, but it didn't absorb as well as I'd hoped. We will continue to use it as it did protect the bed, but we'll have to put a towel on top just like with the old one. I would buy again for it's waterproof nature.

Does not retain you body heat
Works as described. Love that you don’t wake up in the middle of the night from the body heat retention.
