An excellent assessment of an outstanding man!
This book, though brief, was most effective in revealing critically significant aspects of both the personality and the character of one the greatest leaders in history. I am glad I read it, because it connects the unconnected strands of information I have gleaned over the years concerning this great man.

A good book. Well worth of reading.
Well written small book of one of the most important leaders of 20th century. A must read for anyone seriously interested in leadership.

Timeless leadership advice
The simplicity of his motivation is the most amazing aspect of these lessons. He remained true to himself and amassed support through the “honesty of reality”. His gift of oratory is absolutely amazing, especially in the context of the difficulties he faced at the time.

I learned about Churchill because of my interest in WWII. I've used several of his quotes in my presentations. Even though this book is brief, It gives valuable insight of the character of this great leader. It's clear now more than ever why he was such an influential leader. Great book but more importantly, great history lesson.

This is an extremely short book (28 pages). Due to the length of the book, nothing is covered in any depth. You can pretty much find the same information in Wikipedia at no cost.Ali Julia review

Good over all review of one of the most remarkable men of any century. Easy to read and understand. Good read.

Very enjoyable read. I would have liked more information in the bio section that discussed how he became Prime Minister
