Great quality, beautiful design
We saw these at a local coffee shop and fell in love with them. We immediately ordered them. They are great for our weekend coffee, when we get to sit and enjoy our morning coffee.

Much easier to make art
Won't fix my poor foaming technique but it's much easier on the rare occasions I get micro-foam to make latte art vs. standard mugs, cups, and even teacups. It's heavy porcelain, feel like great qualtiy.

Received wrong cup
Although I love notneutral cups, I ordered black and the seller sent me white. I’m going to keep it because returns are a hassle but I wish I got the black one I ordered. The size is perfect for flat whites and cappuccinos and these are my favorite cups for pouring latte art!

Favorite cup yet
Excellent cup—thick, sturdy porcelain that holds heat well and the wide mouth is perfect for latte art. Pricey, but totally worth it!. 5/5!

Way too small
It seems pretty sturdy and it looks nice, but it's way too small. I got the 12oz mug because my dad likes larger mugs that are this shape, but it's not a 12oz. I feel like it could maybe fit 8oz if we're lucky. I don't think he'll enjoy using this very much.

The Perfect Cup for Learning LATTE ART
There's a reason NotNeutral cups are a STANDARD in specialty coffee shops. These are perfect for anyone wanting to learn latte art. The bowl in the bottom is perfect for creating the base, the mouth of the cup wide enough for pouring tulips or rosettes - also, the inclusion of the saucer is a nice touch. Great spot for your biscuits

Durable pretty and worth the price
Nice cups honestly I was skeptical but coffee looks very nice in them. They hold quite a bit and didn’t chip or break when my child yeeted them clean across the room
