Smells very nice and it's great for like a aromatherapy. Did nothing for dizziness. But, dizziness may not have been true vertigo.

Doesn’t work
I have vertigo caused by an inner ear problem. Positioning my head in weird ways will trigger vertigo + a little nausea. Desperate to find a fix, I have tried everything and saw this worked for others. I have now tried this during 5 different bouts of Vertigo, and it has not worked. It’s not a miracle. If anything, maybe it’s helping a little with the nausea? But I still don’t feel well, so I would say it doesn’t help. I wouldnt waste your money unless you just want to smell some oils and try it for yourself. It’s just an essential oil blend.
