Magic Collection 3.5 Inch Wide Band Bonnet Elastic Band Black

This bonnet worked out perfectly for the price. I have shoulder length faux locs that are really thick and all my hair fit inside. I even wear it to shower because no shower cap is big enough to fit my locs in. The band is very comfortable and ensures the bonnet doesn’t slide off my head. Just make sure you wash the bonnet before wearing so it doesn’t stain your bedding. Wish I’d known this beforehand. When I realized this I hand washed the bonnet until the water wasn’t stained black anymore and now it is no longer an issue.

☆Make SURE you wash this before wearing it. I did not and there were huge dye stains on my pillows. I ended up washing it... there was so much dye in the sink..the water was darker than this... like, Black when I started washing it. I was running water the whole time I was washing it so the water looks like a light purple but it didn.t start that way, the water was nearly jet black at first.With that said,..I like the band around it..it.s big and spacious as well.Update...i.ve had to wash it again and again as the stains were still getting on my white pillowcases. The dye for this thing is really strong as it doesn't wash out easily. It can.t be all that safe having that dye seep into your scalp which, seeps into your body/system.I don.t sleep in it anymore...I just wear it during the day at home when I want my hair out of the way. I ended up buying a white one and that 1 works better for me.

I like this wide-band “satin”(polyester) sleep cap. The material is stretchy but not soft. The band covers my edges, keeps them looking nice and doesn’t leave an indent. All of my box braids fit nicely inside. The main con is that it doesn’t breathe well and causes my head to sweat but for now, I’m ok with that.

the headband elastic is great, the circumference is great. if i lost or damaged this, i'd rebuy this. it keeps my hair from getting tangled and matted when i thrash in my sleep.

It is only 1 layer. If you look, it comes in a variety of colors at varying prices. The white (has black band) was less than $4 Prime when other colors in the same model were $6 - the popular silk lined 2-layer models began at $12 Prime each so I was quite pleased. The 3.5" wide band is VERY comfortable and it stays in place too.

So I bought this bonnet for my daughter because nothing stays on her head at night to sleep. After reading all the reviews I thought we had a winner. But no! That bonnet looks nice and is soft satin like material, but that wide band does nothing to keep it on her head. She still puts it on at night, but I bought a satin pillow case as back-up if the bonnet comes off.

Perfect and not too tight. I have long locs and the regular- sized bonnet didn’t stay on through the night.

Love it been poking for one like this and I really can’t get enough of it
