Much more durable than those of years past
I let the foam breathe overnight like suggested. Arrived in great shape. A little confusing to put together myself but the picture directions were clear. A bit tight and some struggles to get each piece covered. Doable. Only took me about 15-20 minutes. Worth it!!Very stable for my 22 lb terrier mix and for my48 lb pittie mix.You may consider removing the plastic ‘wood’ slats that come with and are in the material covering each step. Not needed for performance or stability. And my 12 year old dog did Not like them. Easy to remove each, especially Before fitting the covering over foam. Well worth the price and tiny bit of effort. Used treats to have each dog go up and down several times and they love it. Easy for my 12 year old with Cushings to use. Nice color. I purchased the grey 4-steps. They are the height stated; I measured.

Great for small dogs (and even kids)
Our bed is decently high and our morkie had trouble getting on the bed to spend time with us when allowed. She doesn't sleep on our bed, but when we let her in our room it's nice for her to be able to have help getting on the bed. It took her a short bit to sniff and figure out the stairs wouldn't hurt her, but now she uses them easily. Our 3 year old can get on our bed but it's challenging for him. He has used these stairs several times as well and it supports his weight and they are holding up well. Neither dog nor child has slipped and fallen, they are easy to store off to the side, and seemed a decent price compared to some others.

sturdy but difficult to assemble
as an owner of small dogs, it seems like i’m always buying stairs for every piece of furniture they decide is their new favourite spot all of a suddenthese stairs are impressively sturdy (more so than your average set of foam stairs) and i like the option of having five stairs since my bed is a bit tall and none of the three stair sets have reached the top of the mattressthe steps themselves are decently wide but not very deep so they are only really suitable for very small dogs. my two chihuahuas do fine and usuallyopt for the stairs over launching themselves onto the bed. however, my lab mix who has used other stairs with deeper steps without issue won’t use these stairs because of how shallow the steps aresubtracted a star for how weirdly difficult these stairs are to assemble. it is very hard to get the cover to fit over the largest piece of foam. in the end it took me 20-30mins to get the cover on and zipped shut. there was no way to get it on before the foam expanded from the vacuum sealed bag either; the foam expands pretty much instantlyhaving gotten the stairs assembled, i’m definitely happy with my purchase though. maybe with more than one person, assembly might be a bit easier

These are the pet steps to get.
I was a little unsure if these steps were going to be good seeing, they were made with foam. To my surprise they are fantastic, Stable, works great with tall bed and, look great! It's worth every penny. Don't second guess just buy them.

Easy for my cat to use
Got this bc we were tired of our cat getting hung up on the couch when she’d try to jump up. She figured them out super fast and they’re great for what they are. Just don’t let kids try and climb them. They’re cardboard so not sturdy for more than a little dog or average cat.

Very sturdy and well made
The steps are great. a little hard to put together because the phone fits tightly inside of the and I have arthritis in my hands, but I got it in there and my dog took right to them and she goes up and down them with ease. My bed is very tall. These steps go high enough that she can step up on my bed with no problem.

Support boards break easily
I purchased the steps on a flash sale. I have a 24 pound French bulldog who uses them to get on and off the bed and couch so I am familiar with them and already own two other sets from different brands. Both sets I own currently have flexible plastic boards inside the steps for support, however, these steps have a thick MDF board that is not very strong when pressure or force is applied directly in the center. On day 1 my bulldog jumped forcefully from the couch onto the last step and broke the board in half. The product still works fine without the boards, but it is a little rounded and doesn’t look as aesthetically pleasing. I am going to insert either flexible plexiglass or acrylic into the steps for more support. I would recommend the company to switch out the firm style board with a flexible style to avoid breaking and I think the product would be great.

Good but for SMALL dogs
Good, well designed but for very small dogs. My dog is old and medium in size (50 lbs) and needs wider steps. Since the steps aren’t very wide, he has a tendency to slip off the side. Still a good value.

Will Last a Lifetime
Extremely pleased with purchase! Thick wide corduroy material is soft yet durable, very comforting to dog’s paws. Steps are certainly wide enough, each one is 6” deep giving ample room for dog to ascend/descend. There are cardboard inserts to reinforce the steps. Cannot say enough good things about these stairs. Very well-constructed, sewing of the material and zipper installation required skill and talent; much impressed with end result. Rate 5-stars and a fantastic value, should actually be higher priced for all the work that went into making these.

Very pleased with the results
I read a number of reviews saying this was very hard to put together. Decided to try it anyways. When I opened the box I was a little disappointed at first - didn't think this would work property. Instructions were very simple, clear and easy to follow. Instructions said to wait 24 to 72 hours for foam to fully recover before covering. I did not do this - looked recovered enough for me within 10 mins. Maybe this is why it was not to hard to insert the foam into the slipcover. It was like putting a tight fitted sheet on a mattress. Took a little pulling and using my hands inside to push down on the foam slightly. Took me no more that 15 mins to complete the whole thing and I'm a 70 yr old female. It is very sturdy and will work perfectly for my little Yorkie to get on and off the couch.

100% recommend for a cat
I bought 2 other stairs that I had to return. The stairs were more rounded and my cat had trouble climbing them, I don’t recommend those at all. However, I absolutely recommend this one. The stairs are the perfect height, my cat is elderly and those stairs are made for her. My Bed is very high, she climbs them so smoothly. Took literally 2 minutes with some treats and she has been using them everyday since.PROS :- price is very reasonable- easy to setup- cover is machine washable- the stairs are covered with rigid cardboard which makes them very stable and my cat is not afraid to use them- it’s soft enough so if you accidentally hit the stairs it won’t hurtCONS :- Take space; idk if there is smaller stairs on the market, but it can be bulky if the room is small
