these are super effective and helping you deep bloat when your stomach is upset or is that time of the month. The health benefits are great. It doesn’t really have much of a taste, which is also good. I pop one of these as soon as my stomach starts acting up or I start to feel really bloated and it works instantly. I’ll definitely be got by this again also the packaging is really cute, but I’m not a big fan of glass bottles.

I would say the product is kind of pricy for what it does. I did notice reduced bloating and the quality of the bottle was just wow. It was a little difficult to swallow because the pills are large.
