I hate to write bad reviews but when the Nutribullet arrived after some time (which was not a problem at all), the outside packaging and inside box was badly ripped, the actual content was very securely boxed inside very strong cardboard and the Nutribullet was undamaged.When I came to use it, I couldn't make it work, and after some time found that sticky food had been spilt in some way on the mechanism which needs to be pushed down to make it work. After cleaning the mechanism and the inside of the Nutribullet, I eventually got it to work.Luckily my son has a nutribullet and was able to advise on how best to use it, luckily, because the instruction manual was not in the package, which was dissappointing. Overall , not fantastic, but the Nutribullet is brilliant now I have download recipes and books.

All I can say is this is absolutely fabulous. Came well packaged and on time. There was an american plug on it which was no good but that has now been rectified, even though I would rather have not had to put a UK plug on, all the same I am very pleased.

Not used this item yet, but not pleased so far! It looks like it's reconditioned. There are 2 dents/scratches on the main body and a couples of scratches on the plastic cup. The packaging wasn't damaged, so can only assume damage was done before packaging.

The engine burnt out after only 10 uses and had to get a replacement. To be fair so quibbles from supplier on replacement Yet to receive the replacement and don't know whether same problem will occur. Makes good smoothies though.

The Nutribullet was clearly used. Although it worked a couple of times, the third time it started to release smoke.
