good texture
great texture, easy way to take creatine, especially on the move, dosage is pretty good so you don't have to take too many. I'm not a massive fan of the lemon flavour, but it's not unpleasant at all.

Tasty creatine. Far better than powder
If you work out you want to get the most out of your work out and creatine can give you a big boost in energy and drive. I have used creatine for quite a while but get fed up with tablets or powders. So gummies are a great alternative. If you are doing a dose up on creatine you will need to take a lot of it until it is in your system and gummies make that much easier. These are lemon flavoured and sugar coated so they are sweet and tasty. They don't turn to gunk either. When you have built up a level. A daily dose is 3 gummies which gives 1.6 g of creatine. This gives roughly a 30day supply. You can double that to get a larger boost.Good quality and value. Tasty and recommended. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful

Good taste but a lot of sugar and only 15 days supply.
These come in a full sealed bottle. The gummies taste nice, pretty much like lemon fruit pastels with a slight aftertaste. They taste sweet and like sweets because they have a lot of sugar. Glucose syrup and sugar are the first 2 ingredients adding a whopping 7.4g of sugar to 6 gummies which is what you need every day to get over 3g of creatine. If you try and use these to displace other simple sugars in your diet by using them as a sugar treat it's not so bad but it you load them on top it's a significant sugar increase. The cost for a large bottle seems good until you do the maths. For most people this is only 15 days supply at most, possibly only 10 days if you want 5g per day, plus all the sugar you will eat. Given the people these are aimed at they aren't going to want to eat that much sugar.

Just like easting sweets
I ordered these for my partner who does a lot of weight training. These gummies are much more convenient than taking creatine powders that require mixing with water etc whereas the gummies are like sweets. You get 90 in a tub but bear in mind you need to eat around 6 to get the recommended daily intake so 90 would last around 15 days.My Partner has confirmed they are very easy to chew and taste just like sweets with no unpleasant aftertaste. If you don't mind paying the extra for the convenience of gummies instead of faffing about with powders then they are definitely worth it.

Easier way to take your creatine
If you're looking for an easier way to take creatine, and don't mind the price, these are for you.In terms of taste, these gummies could pass off as regular sweets. A lot of other products seem to taste as though they are creatine disguised as drink/sweet, whereas these actually could pass off as regular sweets - probably not as tasty as normal sweets but they can still make the mark. Powdered alternatives also leave a rather nasty texture as you near the end of the drink, because creatine doesn't seem to absorb into water all that well, so these win on the texture front too.As for convenience, these are again a winner. It takes about 10 seconds to open the jar and eat 6 gummies for your total serving of 3.3 grams. On then other hand, with powders it takes at-least a couple of minutes to make a drink and then drink it. If you're like me and struggle to stay motivated when it comes to supplements, these gummies will no doubt keep you on track.Price is where the gummies fall short unfortunately. It seems like a good deal at first, but ultimately at £15 pounds and needing 6 gummies for a serving of 3.3 grams, the bottle contains 15 servings. So you are paying £1 per serving. Giving an example of a powder alternative that costs £16 pounds, has 3g per serving and has a total of 62 servings, you would be paying £1 for 3.875 servings, which is a much greater deal. It must be said that this seems to be the case across the board for the tablet/gummy vs powder market for creatine, so this brand doesn't necessarily have an abnormally bad price point.Overall, if you value convenience over money, or struggle to keep on top of your supplement regimes or are just really busy in general, these are perfect for you. Otherwise powdered alternatives might be the best choice. As an Amazon Vine member, would I spend my own money buying this product? The answer would be yes.

Nice Gummies!
If you tried one of these without knowing what they were, you would assume that they are lemon flavoured fruit pastilles - not creatine gummies!I think that says everything you need to know for the taste. A sweet-like lemon flavour, that has a powdery sugar coating. They are the right sweetness, not too artificial and easy to consume - one at a time or a handful.Whilst a tub of 90 sounds great, it isn't so economical when the serving suggestion says 3-6 a day. Based on the price, I don't think this is too bad, but expect to buy them 1-2 a month.Great tasting, easy to consume, and less hassle than having to mix powder into water!

Easy to chew and swallow
At the time of this review this pot of creatine gummies is around £15This pot contains 90 gummies. If you are doing exercise the recommended dose of creatine is around 3,000mg per day. If you read the small print on these gummies, that actually means taking six gummies per dayIf you follow those directions this is then only a 14 day supply and will cost you around a pound per day. There are cheaper ways to get more creatine e.g in powder form to make a shake but it can taste bad in a drink sometimes and it’s a bit if a faff and you have to clean upThese gummies taste and smell okay, lemon, a bit bitter and are really easy and convenient to take, you don’t even need a drink they are honestly like eating a small sweet, obviously you could wash them down with the extra 2 litres of water you are meant to drink when you take creatine !I have tried other creatine gummies from Amazon that taste better, like the blueberry ones, and they work out around half the price of these ones..4 stars from me as they are convenient but I think they are expensiveI hope you find the review helpful
