Love this set
Love everything about this set. The build quality is excellent. I love the larger size pots and pans this comes with compared to most sets. That and the pieces being stackable are the only reason I went with a set over going one piece at a time, as we're replacing all the non-stick cookware we've used for years. I have a 10" skillet from All-Clad that cost almost a third of this entire set. I don't notice a difference in quality or performance so far. These definitely perform better than the disc-clad stainless steel pots we have. Do make sure you learn how to heat them up if you're going to fry or sear, but for liquids they're dummy proof. We've only had these a few weeks, but they've all seen usage at least once and most pieces multiple times, including stove top and oven. The handles do an admirable job of staying touchable on the stove top. I do expect these to be the last pots and pans of their sizes I buy for at least a few decades. You can put them in the dishwasher, but we don't to make sure the aluminum core doesn't rust.If I had 1 suggestion to Nuwave, it would be to stamp or engrave the measurement lines on the inner walls of the pots like some other brands do. It's the only thing I miss from some of our non-stick pots. But it's not a huge deal and I knew these wouldn't have them when I bought them. To potential buyers, if you're replacing older pots, check if any lids you have fit these as you may want to have a couple extra on hand. We got lucky and had an extra lid for both sizes from pots we were replacing. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality stainless set. I've been showing them off to the handful of people I know who appreciate such things.

Good pans and good customer service
So far these have performed well. Not sure if they are the very best out there but certainly are good. Customer Service is certainly five-star. We did have an issue with one pan with the rivets getting loose on the handle. They were very responsive and friendly in replacing it promptly. Shout out to Emily R. who made sure the matter got resolved.

An Exceptional Collection of Cookware
My family still cooks 95% of the meals that we eat, so quality cookware is an absolute MUST. For some, the lack of lids (only 2) is a plus due to storage concerns. For others, this means constantly washing the same lids is required as you cycle through the pans. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of. Also, the handles come without any kind of separation between the metal--which means they can potentially get hot to the touch. However, also because of this they are safe to go inside the oven.As others have mentioned, the non-stick coating is fantastic. Time will tell how long it lasts, but it's holding up great so far!

Top tier quality
These are really nice. The nicest of cookware I’ve ever owned. They’re not too heavy, but they are definitely heavy duty. I love that they wash real easy cleanups been a breeze with these. There isn’t any food left behind when I’m washing. Everything cooks evenly the handles don’t overheat.

OH, These Are Nice!
First off, every piece of this set is tough as nails. I feel like I'm on a chef TV show when I'm using them (sort of true really). They're robust but not overly heavy, and the non-stick finish seems so far as though it's going to last a really long time. The whole set just shouts quality. Don't get me wrong, the set IS pricey, but I'm willing to bet it's going to last just as long as even pricier brands. I feel fortunate to have found them.

Terrible
Not a nonstick product!!! This is the first use. Gotham Steel product is less expensive and is actually non stick. Do not waste money on this crap!!

Beautiful and Intimidating
First off: these pots and pans are HEAVY! Wow! I've never had a high-quality set of cookware before, much less a set that was entirely stainless steel, but I was really surprised at just how weighty each and ever piece of this set (minus the light-as-air lids) is. You're going to get some exercise, baby! But they are so gosh-darned pretty. I was (and perhaps still am) a little intimidated by them. I read up on the differences between stainless and non-stick (which is what I'm most used to), and I'm glad I did. I also read through the manual carefully and have it stored with my new pots and pans. It's a good piece of instruction to keep handy. So far, the greatest thing about this set of Nuwave Pro-Smart Cookware is that they nest beautifully and save a ton of space. I thought I was going to need a lot of room to store them, but they can be pieced together into two neat stacks. Some of the items are much larger than I'm used to working with, and since I only cook for two people, I haven't made great use out of all the pieces yet because they exceed my needs. I mean, it seems a little excessive to make a skillet of Hamburger Helper or Manwich in a heavy, large, stainless steel 12" pan. I feel like I could make an entire breakfast for two in one skillet, though, if I wanted to. I'll figure it out. They're too high-quality not to be used. I just need to be a little braver in my culinary endeavors.Aside from being extremely heavy, the only thing I'm not to hot on at the moment is that in the directions it says the cookware is designed to be used at lower heat. I don't find this to be true. I've made a few dishes that required liquid to come to a boil and then simmer. I have a glass-top stove, and I kept inching up the heat because it was taking forever to show any signs that a boil might be coming soon. As it turns out, I had to put it on high heat (say an 8 out of 10) in order for it to finally boil, which is the same as all my other pots. When it came to the simmering part, yes, a very low temperature was adequate, especially if the lid was on. Everything so far has turned out just fine, but I need to experiment more. The price tag for this set of cookware is pretty steep. I have no doubt that it is extremely high-quality and it has a ridiculously long (like 30-year) warranty, so that helps ease the pain of cost. I wish that the set came with a booklet of suggested recipes for each of the pots and pans, but it's easy enough to find that online. I'm really looking forward to searing some steaks! Oh, and another thing I love is that you don't need to be careful with the utensils you use to flip, stir, brown, etc. With non-stick, you can't use metal. This cookware is fairly indifferent to what you decide to cook with; there's not much that can really harm these pieces. Some good advice: preheat the pot or pan, and whenever necessary, coat the inside with a little oil to keep food from sticking. I haven't had anything stick yet, and clean-up has been a breeze.

High quality
This is a high quality pot set. There’s many small details that set these pots apart. The rivet design handles for added comfort. The flared edges for drip free pouring. The ceramic coating. What I love most is that these pots are oven set.

so far... super good
El acero es de gran calidad, y el recubrimiento cerámico es fácil de lavar. Solo hay que tener cuidado de usar espatulas de silicon
